Joe, the movie was actually 2:11 minutes, not 3. I also agree that the psych character was too cliche, his fate was obvious from the get go.

For the rest, I did not feel it was dull or clumsy at all. I found myself intrigued the entire movie, especially the scene with the brits. The whole stand off was fascinating to watch, precisley because it felt in real time.

I'm lost by not being able to figure out what you're trying to say.

Interesting article on Julie and Julia and its director, Nora Ephron.

PS. I found Julie Powell's blog online. Someday, I'll get around to reading it.

I just hope, when I do see J & J, I don't find myself thinking about Dan Ackroyd all the time.

Apparently the deathless SNL sketch --- "SAVE YOUR LIVER!" -- appears in the film.

The Homebody rocks. When the Anita Hill is somebody at HBO or such gonna film that? A party needs festive hats. The private is gone. Might do, might do.

True, that, as if the stars and Linda Emond and Jane Lynch and Paris and All. That. Food. weren't enough, tee-hee.
